2025/2026 DRAFT Practice Schedule
Below you will find the DRAFT 2025/2026 Schedules. While we will do our best to keep the schedule as close as possible to this, please bear with us in the event of slight modifications. Junior Orca - Pod A
- Fall 12-Week-Series: Oct. 7 - Jan. 6 (No sessions Dec. 23 & 30)
- Winter 12-Week-Series: Jan. 13 - Apr. 14 (No sessions March 17 & 24)
- Spring 8-Week Series: May 5 - June 23
Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:00pm (1 x 30min workout)
Junior Orca - Pod B
- Fall 12-Week-Series: Oct. 9 - Jan. 8 (No sessions Dec. 23 & 30)
- Winter 12-Week-Series: Jan. 15 - Apr. 16 (No sessions March 17 & 24)
- Spring 8-Week Series: May 7 - June 25

Mon & Wed 4:00 – 5:00pm (2 x 1hr workouts)
**Friday Invite for athletes close to 4:00 time for 200 I.M.**
Regional 1
3x Swims/week: Mon & Wed from 5:00 - 6:30, and Fri from 4:30 - 6:30.
1x Dryland/week: Fridays from 3:30 - 4:30 (directly before swimming).
**Swimmers must acheive a sub 4:00 time for 200 I.M. to qualify for this group**
Regional 2
4x Swims/week: Mon & Wed from 5:00 - 6:30, Thurs & Fri from 4:30 - 6:30.
1x Dryland/week: Fridays from 3:30 - 4:30 (directly before swimming).
Age Group 1
4x Swims/week: Choice of 4 days Mon to Fri from 4:30 - 6:30 or Sat 9 - 10:30am (suggest including either Tues or Thurs and Saturday in schedule).
2-3x Dryland/week: One to two of Tues or Thurs morning from 7:00 - 8:00am, as well as Fridays from 3:30 - 4:30 (directly before swimming).
Age Group 2
5x Swims/week: Choice of 5 days Mon to Fri from 4:30 - 6:30 or Sat 9 - 10:30am.
3x Dryland/week: Tues / Thur morning from 7:00 - 8:00am, as well as Fridays from 3:30 - 4:30 (directly before swimming).
Age Group 3 (High School Only)
6x Swims/week: Mon to Fri from 4:30 - 6:30, Saturday morning from 9:00 - 10:30am.
3x Dryland/week: Tues / Thur morning from 7:00 - 8:00am, as well as Fridays from 3:30 - 4:30 (directly before swimming).
Mulit Sport (High School Only)
Choice of 3x a week any practice days from Monday to Friday (Can be flexible on start & finish )
*Note: This group is specifically designed for those swimmers whose primary sport is not swimming, or those who would like to keep up swimming on a fitness level without the intention/pressure to compete at most meets. These swimmers have the flexibility to chose 3 practices per week in the Regional or Age Group levels to join, and are invited to swim in one regional swim meet per year. **Please note: Once your swimmer has their other sport's schedules, it is expected that you will inform the Head Coach of which days/times your swimmer plans to attend. We also ask that any changes to the schedule be communicated as well.
PLEASE NOTE: On Swim Meet weekends, most Saturday practices and some Friday practices will be canceled. Fridays will depend on meet length, the number of swimmers attending the meet, and the availability of coaches. We will communicate in advance of these dates.
