how to register using Pool Queue
**We've heavily borrowed the step-by-step below from the Salmon Arm Selkirks website, as they'd done a great job breaking it down on their site.
If you are new to the club, please complete all 3 steps. If you are a returning family but have new members, please complete steps 2 and 3. If you have all returning swimmers, then once you have logged on to Pool Queue, please jump to Step 3.
Step 1
Create an account for yourself (adult who is registering swimmers).
Step 2
Add swimmers (called "members") to your account. Fill in basic details requested.
Step 3
Register your swimmers/members in their appropriate swim group.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Navigate to https://sosc.poolq.net/ and select "Sign In" in the top right corner of the screen.
You will be taken to a Sign-In page. Here you will select "Create Account".
Enter your email address and choose a password.
After you create your account, a link will be sent to your email inbox.
Clicking the link will activate your account.
Please return to the Sign-In page to prepare for Step 2.
Step 2: Add details & swimmers / members
After signing in, please fill out your account information.
You will then be taken to a your account overview or homepage.
From there, please look under "Members".
If you do not have any Members listed, or have a new swimmers to add, you can now create a New Member for each of your new swimmers by clicking on the "Add Member" link.
For any already listed Members, please click on their profiles and ensure all of their information is up to date.
Step 3: Register your member(s) for the season
Finally, once your members are created, it's time to register them for the Season / Program. You'll need to repeat this process for each swimmer you're registering.
You can choose the appropriate program by clicking on the "Team Registration" button at the top of the screen.
Select "Explore or Register" under the program you are registering your member for.
Select the specific group you are registering for.
If you would like more details on the specific groups, feel free to click on "Program Details" or "Times and Availability" for more.
If you have more than one member, this prompt will come up. Select the appropriate swimmer. Fill out the necessary details.
You’ll then be asked to choose the timeslots your swimmer will attend. This is a necessary step with this new system, however there are only options for Multisport (High-School) and Age Group 1, 2, and 3. All greyed out selections are automatically selected for that group.
And finally you can confirm the registration for your swimmer. Woohoo!
