Cancellation Policy
All registrations, regardless of date of registration, will be held to the following Cancellation Policy.

- Cancel BY March 31st to incur no penalty.
- Cancel BETWEEN March 31st and June 30th to receive an 80% refund.
- Cancellations AFTER June 30th will be handled on a case by case basis and may require a doctors note, with a maximum refund of 50% being given for non-medical emergencies.

All payments will be processed on April 1st (or date of registration, if later).
