technical coaching

Our camp places a strong emphasis on technical skill development. Swimmers receive age-appropriate, detail-oriented coaching focused on stroke efficiency, starts, turns, and race skills. With small group instruction and clear feedback, athletes gain a deeper understanding of how and why we train the way we do.

stroke & nutrition talks

We include interactive nutrition talks designed to help young athletes understand how food fuels performance. Swimmers will learn simple, practical habits around hydration, pre-practice fueling, and recovery—giving them tools they can use both in and out of the pool.

Dryland training

Dryland sessions are structured to support swimming performance through strength, coordination, mobility, and injury prevention. Using fun, age-appropriate exercises, swimmers build body awareness and athleticism while learning how dryland connects directly to faster, stronger swimming.

team challenges

Beyond training, we believe camp should be memorable and motivating. Team challenges and group activities encourage collaboration, confidence, and sportsmanship while keeping the energy high. These moments help swimmers build friendships, celebrate effort, and grow as teammates—both in and out of the pool.
